I usually weigh in on Wednesday's but I forgot, then forgot again yesterday, so I weighed today. After yesterday's donut incident I was expecting to maintain, but I'm actually down. I guess watching my weekend intake and keeping up with the exercise is working.

Yesterday I didn't feel great so I didn't do my workout, and today I was planning to skip my workout because I was going to go out with friends. Well, the party pooper I am, I have been looking for excuses not to go out. I love my friends, but they are going to a bar out of town and I don't really want to drive by myself to the bar and home on country roads in the dark, especially now when I'm not feeling well and after work I'll be tired, heck I'm already tired. So, I think I'm going to cancel my night out and spend a quiet evening at home with the family. I feel bad not going, but if they were going to be in town I could stop by for an hour and go home. Oh well, next time I guess.

Tomorrow it's supposed to be 60's here, so I think I'm going to try to get some work done outside and get a workout in if I'm feeling up to it. Then Sunday is supposed to be in the 70's, so I'm definitely planning a run for Sunday. Maybe the fresh air will help kick whatever bug I have out of my system.

We're supposed to finally get some warm temps here this weekend too! I can't wait to get out and get the yard cleaned up! Might even throw open some windows and get some fresh air in the house. Have a great weekend!

I don't blame you for not wanting to go out tonight, especially if your not feeling 100%. I do hope you feel better soon, and sometimes your body just needs a break from working out. Never feel bad for wanting to take care of yourself. Have a great weekend !!

That' great Mar! You should be very proud of that loss. I too am a party pooper. I love my friends, but I love quiet nights at home with my family more. Have a great weekend, and get better quick. You really should invest in some airborne supplements, they work :-)
