I'm recording all my food again this weekend. I have to make this a habit. I am finding myself hungry again this weekend, but not as bad as last weekend. I've had enough food, I'm not depriving myself of anything, it's just more like because the food is there I want to eat it. I'm not going to give in. I'm going to get my workout in and keep busy. I am not feeling like exercising today either and I think part of it is the gloomy day, but once I start I'll feel good about it.

I hope everyone else is doing great this weekend!!

I have a hard time consistently recording my food & exercise in here. I will do it for a couple days or weeks then stop. But I do know that it makes me really think about what I am eating and consequentially helps me choose better.

Try to drink water when you are hungry. I always have a bottle near by so I can just reach for it and so fat it has worked for me. And I still don't ever feel like exercising even though I know it is a major part of my wt loss. I just make myself by putting on my workout clothes and doing it. I'm glad you say you aren't going to give in! You are worth doing this!

Try eating watermelon to stave off hunger! Pickles also work great. I rinse them off to lessen the salt. Yay to recording the food - it works!

Thanks all! I have made it through the day and even though I felt lazy I worked out. It's not easy getting healthy but it's worth it!
