I'm recording all my food again this weekend. I have to make this a habit. I am finding myself hungry again this weekend, but not as bad as last weekend. I've had enough food, I'm not depriving myself of anything, it's just more like because the food is there I want to eat it. I'm not going to give in. I'm going to get my workout in and keep busy. I am not feeling like exercising today either and I think part of it is the gloomy day, but once I start I'll feel good about it.
