Busy day! But, TGIF!! I'm glad it's a busy Friday, it makes the day go by faster. :)

Yesterday I did couch to 5K in the beautiful weather and with my insterts my foot didn't hurt as bad. I pulled my achilles tendon when I was younger and that pain will always be there. I told my hubby last night that I'm coming to terms with the fact that I will never be a fast runner because of my joint and tendon pain, but I'm okay with that. I'm just happy and grateful that I can get out and run at all, and what a great way to take in the fresh air and sunshine. When we get our bikes that will be a nice change of pace too.

I had a bad eating day yesterday. First I had the Thai food, which was amazing, but who knows how many calories I actually ate. I didn't feel like I did too bad because it was mostly veggies and I didn't use much sauce and left half the rice, but who knows how much oil and salt was in it. Then my hubby didn't get the 1 thing I had pulled out for dinner ready (had to marinate for 2 hours), and we had nothing else thawed and nothing we could even make quickly, so fast food it was. I tried to stick with lower calorie things and did pretty well, but all of the carbs, salt, and grease I ate yesterday was not good. Today will be better.

I'm going to get on here this weekend and make sure I record all my food again. I did so much better last weekend when I did that. It's going to be a relaxed, lazy, cold weekend. :)

Have a great weekend everybody!!

Youre doing great staying on the wagon despite the bumps in the road, and thats where it really counts. I have to keep logging over the weekend too because otherwise I lose accountability and boom, its over lol. I hope you have a wonderful relaxing weekend!!

I have tendon issues as well - I broke my heel bone in a karate accident and was in a walking boot for 3 months. My Achilles wasn't the same after that and I have to make sure I really stretch it! Hope you have a great weekend!
