I made it to the gym for the second time this week. I'm pleased, but frustrated with how far I have to go and how much previous work was undone.

The important thing is that you made it there! The hardest part of working out is BEGINNING. 21 days to make or break a habit, commit to the 21 days and you just might find that now you can't live WITHOUT it.

You will make progress before you know it! Hang in there! Time passes whether we work out or not, after a month you will be happy you went to the gym rather than sad you did not! Dont give up!
