just finished working out. tomorrow is weigh in day for me. i have completed the first 9 days of detox. i'm going to bed now so i don't eat.lol....

GREAT JOB. I'm going to try & start over again too. Way to go :) Remind me, are you doing Extreme FS or Regular FS. Just curious. I have been having a hard time because I'm so hungry and I even made it to 8 days and still felt hungry so I bought the Extreme book and I LOVE the idea of having more choices. I can do the work-outs no problem so maybe I can stick to this one because I have variety. You keep up the good work!
