I had a rest day yesterday, and I needed it. We had some snow and rain move in and by the time I got home my knees and other joints were killing me. I am still achy today, but better. Tonight I'm going to do a strength workout, so it shouldn't hurt my joints too much.

Tomorrow the bosses are watching the office so us office ladies can go to lunch. We are going to a Thai place, it looks like a dive, but we've heard it's really good. I'm going to try to make good choices, but don't know what they have, so I'll have to wing it. :)

I also heard from a friend, who I haven't seen in probably over a year, that she's going to be in town next week. I'm hoping I can meet up with her and some other friends to take her out for her birthday next Friday. I'm sure that will be a somewhat high calorie evening, but I'm not a drinker so I'll probably be DD and have diet soda and water during the evening, so no extra drink calories. I can't be on this journey and never have a night out with high calorie temptations, so I just have to do my best and enjoy my time out, then get back to it the next day. Can't wait though, it will be lots of fun!
