woke up with a migraine today and 0 hunger.
lost track of everything.
have so far had only 2 bowls of cereal to at least have "something".
dinner will be me cheating and having delivery pasta (wholewheat penne) with a mushroom sauce and maybe some seasoned edamame.
not terribly hungry today.
