When I weighed in yesterday I was taken aback that my weight was up after going down so well. I ate off plan the day before, but I don't feel I over ate...Who knows, it's probally the sugar I had also during the week. I'm hoping it's just water weight that will level off during the week. Today is the second day of me being on the Dr. Oz Rapid Weight Loss Plan. I decided that I would not get on the scale until each week was up. I have a bad habit of weighing myself everyday. This morning I walked right by it. I'm going to be true to ME these next two weeks and work my PLAN!
