Been at this for awhile now. So wishing I would be able to get off this plateau. Feeling really discouraged. Didn't help this evening when 2 of my DH's Little Debbie donuts ended up in my mouth. Wish he wouldn't have this crap. But I have to deal with it better, I suppose. I got to where I don't buy it anymore. He gets it himself. He started going to the store more for his stuff when I started to watch my food intake better. :) Tomorrow will be a better day. Have my food and exercise planned. It will be good. :)

Sorry you're having such a hard time right now. Be assured it will pass, & you will get off that plateau ~ as long as you DON'T GIVE UP! Just keep at it gal, & maybe you could ask hubby not to eat his snacks in front of you? Maybe he doesn't understand how important this is to you, & how helpful his supporting you is to your success. Even if he doesn't support you, please know that you have some good friends here on FS who are going through this with you, & will help you all we can. Blessings & best wishes for success in your food program & lifestyle changes.

Maybe see if he can put his snacks in a secret place you won't know about, or maybe a place you don't go often - then you won't see them. This might make it easier to 'forget' about them. Good luck!

Yes Love, he does have a "secret" place!! It's when he's eating his snacks I will think " one bite won't matter" one "bite" won't!!! It's the bites that follow!!!!
