HOW DO I DECREASE MY CARB INTAKE?? Is that even possible? My favorite of anything includes cheese, bread, and pasta. Even if I stopped eating carbs while I lose weight, what would I do for the rest of my life? I think I may have gained a couple of pounds. I am not trying to get on the scale anymore this week b/c I think its depressing me. I have not exercised as much as I did the last 2 weeks. School has kept me so busy. Tyring to decide if I want to purchase my Weight Watchers plan. The point system is working better for me. Not sure if I like this points plus thing though. With weight watchers I'm learning to eat more filling foods. And not just what adds up to 1500 calories! I think I'm actually eating less than 1500 caloreis with WW. Someone please help me with the carb issue.

Candace, I glanced over your charts and I'm not sure why your trying to get your carb intake down? If you could pm me and explain a little more about your diet, general recommendations are between 45-65% of your daily intake should be from carbs, so unless a registered dietician(sp?) or certified doctor has you on a plan your carb intake actually looks quite reasonable for the last week or so.
