I think I'm switching to Weight Watchers today! Not that I'm leaving fat secret. I understand 2 points a week is healthy weight loss but I exercise 5 days a week for at least an hour a day. I am not losing inches, my weight is fluctuating. It is making me depressed. I've done weight watchers before and it helped me lose 20 lbs (not that I need to lose that much at the time). Since they have this free 7 day trial. I'll see what it is about!

I think you should give WW a try, counting calories can be really difficult to do.
