Today was a good day! I ate a nice, filling breakfast, a small lunch, quite a few snacks went to the gym for step class then the best part of my night...DINNER! I have been craving these pizzas since last week. I took english muffins added sauce, cheese, and turkey pepperoni YUMMY! I'm telling u, I don't even want Pizza Hut anymore. Try it, you'll see too. And the entire meal is under 400 cal and I had for pizzas (2 muffins cut in half). I haven't been on the scale. I feel like I will be up a couple of pounds this week. But that's ok. This weight watchers is helping me make better choices. Just because and apple and 100 cal pack of oreos carry the same amount of calories, clearly they are totally different. I get that now. Its time to rock and roll.
