Couldn't wait for the weekend, did my hair color last night. I was picturing it a little darker, but am really liking it!!
I'm trying to figure out a way to help myself track servings of fruit and vegetables. Maybe a chart hanging on my fridge, or write it on my calendar. . . any ideas?

What about using like star stickers or something in different colors for each then you can use those as a visual to see which days you did good and bad with fruits and/or veggies? I should do something like that for myself and my kids.

I like that idea too! You could also to fridge maginets(sp) and that way when ever you pass it you'd have a visual reminder how many you have eaten.

Oooooo, magnets... You can buy the ones int the fruit and veggie shapes, then put them on the fridge every day for each serving. I like it!
