Had a SUPER LAZY weekend & did a little extra unhealthy snacking. I guess that shows in the fact that I put on a couple of pounds over the weekend!! Monday, I did REALLY WELL: cut back on the unhealthy snacks, ate my normal 2-eggs for breakfast, snacked on teriyaki beef jerky, ate salmon & steamed veggies for lunch, chicken w/ BBQ sauce & red beans for dinner. Back down to 149 on Tues!
