It was 60 degrees yesterday. Skipped the gym till today as wanted to ride my bike some. My plans were to check on a neighbor and then try my bike out. I couldn't get away from her, she is an 87 yo people person, she had some minor surgery on Mon and it had complications so she has been stuck at home all week. She wanted someone to talk to. She is a sweetie and I try to keep an eye on her and help her out when I can. By the time I left the cold winds had picked up and the temps were diving. No bike ride.

Spring is coming, there are buds on my maples and the rose bush branches are turning green. Time to start the clartin. Cold day today, off to the gym this am then inside chores. #1 of five days off.

Very sweet of you to take the time to talk with your neighbor. There will be plenty of time for bike rides this spring.

Here it is 71.6 right now. But that's considerably warmer than it has been for the past months! :) A week ago or so, we would have no more than 64.5 at this same time. I think Spring is definitely arriving ;). I hope you get to ride your bike soon! Enjoy! :)

Neighbor is a very nice woman and a friend, I do worry about her since she is now alone since her housemate died last year. Signed up for an individual training session on Wednesday after my physical and a class working on arms on Monday morning. Good workout, I actually started a notebook to track what I'm doing for workouts. A day for errands and cleaning house as today and Wednesday are the coldest days in my 5 days off.
