My stomach hurts. I have cramps. I think that the weight gain is once again hormonal. I really should see a doctor but no insurance. Anyways I am going to keep making good choices and keep exercising. This morning I woke up and read the Bible and then jumped on the elliptical and did a 30 min workout on there. I read Power of a praying Life while I was on there. It is a good read so far. I will continue to pray, continue to read my Bible and other books and continue to exercise and eat right and one day the scale will move.
Today I am grateful for 1 God who hears my prayers 2 THE STEELERS! 3 my friends and family 4 making good choices daily and not having to deal with the guilt and starting over because I gave in to temptation. (Thank you JESUS!)
