I was on HMR 500 for a week. I took 6 packets, that is 600 cal/day. I did have some goodies two evenings of the entire week. In all I am happy with my results for this week. I will continue on HMR for another week before going back to regular food.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 89.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
