Mmmm... Chinese Food.
Annoyance of the day: When a friend or family member knows you're eating healthy and questions what you're eating. "Are you sure you should be eating Chinese food?" I tried to explain I could if I was careful and it was within my points for the day.

Red, you are doing so well and your journal musings are hilarious. I approach food in the same way, I CAN have anything I want as long as I account for the calories. It's all about LIVING with new healthier lifestyle choices.

Oh my God, I've heard those very words one too many times. As recently as yesterday, actually. The offending party was still lucky to be standing.
"Don't think I need that piece of pie? Guess what, now I'm having 2 pieces!"
