Still no change but I'm in smaller size clothes! Confused but oh well...
188.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Many times you will lose inches before the scale moves. Keep up the good work!

You are definitely moving in the right direction. I have started a belt test for myself. I use my belt that I bought like 11 years ago to see how I am doing. At my heaviest, I was on the first hole. Now I am like 4 holes in, Yay! Keep up the good work!
