Eating on the road and in hotels is definately a challenge. Even when you commit to being good...you may not be able to make that choice, unless you want to go hungry. I am praying that the exercise makes up for some of the eating, Cause my points are horrifying. I actually feel good and my pants are down right baggy again. It takes a ton of willpower to get up at 430 in the morning and workout. It never happens if you wait until evening, as we always go to dinner and or other activities. I am hoping for a decent wieght when I get home...before Tuesday. I will get home and have a couple of days to workout and manage the calories. I don't think I have blown it bad...but I think I will have to get better at eating lighter on the road.
