WTF?!! four pounds over night?! Not looking that gift horse in the mouth.I cannot remember the last time I weighed this "little" (not much).It feels pretty darn good!!

Today is a beautiful pre-spring day.Sunny and 50 degrees! I believe I will get the stroller out for my granddaughter I am watching for the weekend and walk around town.Gotta get it done early because it is supposed to snow an inch tonight! Go figure!! I even have the heat off and the window was open for awhile.

Ham and eggs and fruit for breakfast again.Super salad for lunch.2 coffees lots of water.BBQ pork loin for dinner maybe with peas for dinner.

Feeling really good this Sunny Saturday!! Hope you are too!!

That's fantastic! The sunshine is so energizing. I'm excited to get out and walk as well. I sure would love to see another good number tomorrow, myself! Last week I had a good number, although for two weeks' worth of loss, it was still under what I had hoped to see.
