Back to Atkins. Tried low calorie for awhile - gained 10 pounds.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 February 2014:
1304 kcal Fat: 104.15g | Prot: 68.02g | Carb: 32.06g.   Breakfast: Bacon, Fried Egg, Walden Farms Calorie Free Caramel Syrup, Decaffeinated Coffee, Water (Bottled). Lunch: Steak n Shake Nestle Pure Life Bottled Water, Sardines in Oil (Canned), Del Duca Pepper Shooters, Tomatoes, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types). Dinner: Olive Oil, Hard-Boiled Egg, Del Duca Pepper Shooters, Cherry Tomatoes, Cos or Romaine Lettuce. Snacks/Other: Hunt's Sugar Free Cherry Jello Snack Pack, Mezzetta Garlic Stuffed Olives, Great Lakes Cheese Monterey Jack Cheese, Cream Cheese, Celery. more...
