I finally had some minor relief. Prunes, lemon juice, and patience. Not what I was hoping for and no real weight loss after all these days of being so good, but what can you do. I'll just keep plodding along. It's bound to catch up. Nothing profound today, just one foot in front of the other.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

What's my calves, my lack of weight loss, or the fact that I have only had partial relief here? Heck, NM, I swear I didn't gain a pound in calf muscle, LOL!
