Had a great day, lot's of coaching today (thanks Giz!) has gotten me to rejigger the macro-nutrient percentages successfully.

Breakfast:
ryebread, almond butter, banana, coffee, half & half

Lunch:
Protein shake (whey protein & soy slender)

Dinner:
Boneless chicken breast, sweet potato, lentils, salad of many vegs w/light ranch

was able to keep sodium & cholesterol & macro nutrient %'s at goal YEAH!!!!
Had all water, vitamins, meds
Got 10 hr sleep
Net Cal at -1528
Dropped 2 lbs this am and back into the 250's !!!!
258.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Sounds awesome!!!! How is almond butter? I was thinking of trying it! is it really nutty or more mild?

I love the almond butter, it is my nut of choice. It has much better nutrient qualities than peanut butter. I get it at Costco as not every megamart carries it. I get the Marnantha brand, it is the all natural, no added sugar. You do have to stir it to mix in the oil if you don't mind that. Check your labels because like all nut butters, many had tons of added sugar.

Congrats on the 250's! :D 2lbs is AMAZING!! You are doing so Great Babs! Almond butter sounds delicious. :) I do like natural peanut butter, but I think natural almond butter would be much better since I like almonds better than peanuts.

Ill check it out at Cosco. Ive always wanted to try it! Dont mind mixing it either! I need some more varieties in my cupboard! :)

MMM almond butter one of my favourite nut butters next to peanut butter! Whey plus soy... Now thats a beauty LOL I have always been a fan of mixing protein sources and using powders as supplements to our food sources of protein it makes a difference even when people say it doesn't AWesome work Babs!.
