Hi, I have been around but busy. I am snowed in today in western Mass. --- Very dangerous road conditions near Boston. Too much traffic. The kids should never had school this morning in Boston, it just clogged up traffic even worse. I am 95 miles west of Boston near the Mass Turnpike. Dieting going OK, but I have Achilles tendon problems, so I can't walk too much right now. I will get fitted with the right inserts for my feet, my left foot especially is flat-footed. I am doing low carb, but I have been eating popcorn when I don't feel like cooking, which is far too often. I might move to a warmer location this year in the fall... it would be a pain to move, but staying in these long, frigid, snowy winters is likely to be more of a pain, long term. I hope to be walking in a month, and joining a gym in April.

Snowed-in in NC as well. BTW - did you know that Atkins has frozen dinners? I keep them at work for when I run out to time to pack lunch. Most of them have a variety of veggies - and so much better for us than popcorn.

I have not seen Atkins frozen dinners anywhere. I don't think the local or regional markets carry them. Does Walmart? I may go there today to check if they take them. Thanks for the info, because I am a terrible cook. I hate cooking. Popcorn is easy to make in the machine I got for Christmas. My feet are in very bad shape, I hope I do not need surgery or casts. I have arthritis, which is likely causing the tendinitis. We have two feet on the ground. What a mess. I am sick of winters. One of my friends is in SC helping his uncle, I used to work with him. I have a cousin Mike who I never met who lives in Southport, NC - near Wilmington. His brother Mark lives in Charleston, SC.
