Doing pretty good on not eating bread or fruit or sweets. I keep finding myself eating lots of nuts instead of a sweet snack. That adds up to a lot of calories! I hope I will still see a weight loss tomorrow. I didn't eat breakfast (didn't have time) so I think that put me off. I've been feeling more hungry today than yesterday. I slipped up on the sugar when I had some honey roasted peanuts between classes. I was very hungry.
136.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
