Loss is exciting!
It is officially the end of my second week of phase 1 today, and though I am finally seeing some results, I think it only came from eating under a calorie limit and exercising. I don't know why this diet didn't really work for me! I'm going to continue with it though, starting a very cautious and conservative phase 2.

I ate an extremely high percentage of fat and calories yesterday--had way too many nuts snacking late at night playing a game. Also, I didn't workout in the evening as usual (but, did walk for half an hour). Today I plan on mainly drinking what I need: veggie juice, water, and some protein mix, to offset yesterday. Yet, this morning I weigh less and seem to have better fat/water percentages. Could the weight gain before POSSIBLY be muscle? I have no idea. Hopefully the losing will continue, though!

I've been under my calorie limit, and exercising daily, so I don't know for sure why I am gaining.
