Today I tried to begin phase one. I had veggies with egg for breakfast, a salad for a late lunch, and nuts as snacks in between. I slipped up and had a few slices of an orange before I forgot I'm not allowing myself fruit! I feel pretty full right now, but I would still go for a cookie of something.
