Today starts week 3 of the new life change that I am trying to make. I found that this week was a little easier than the first week. So now back to week 3 - this week's goal is to continue working on recording all my food, not beating up on myself.

Week 2 - the first thing that i changed was drinking multiple cups of coffee. I found that I enjoyed herbal tea - chamomile preferably. I drank tea all week and just had my cup of coffee in the morning and BONUS no extra calories in the sugar and creamer - I usually save those wasted calories on a delicious after dinner snack.

Week 3 - the upcoming week is going to surround around continue to train for the 10 mile race. I have 4 days to run this week and my 2 classes, I think I will be able to train all week and then just take off next Sunday as always to recooperate. Also, trying to ween out the negative comment from the people in my life that do not support my life change and training for my run. I don't need the negative energy, I am one negative comment away from curling up in a hole!!! Wish me luck......
