Snow is starting. Just in time to go to work. Tablet died again last night so could not enter food. Woke up with a sinus headache and queasy stomach.did not walk. Just want to go back to sleep. Can't need to make my shake and go to work.

excess sugar can supposedly cause sinus issues, from what I've read some time ago! Not that's the cause though :)

essential oils are the best for sinus issues and even stomach issues. Also good for energy. I use peppermint oil, put it in your hands and breath it in deeply, also diffuse into the air. Orange oil also helps when diffused for energy and clarity. And Peppermint works wonders on the tummy. Hope you feel better soon.

Euheide, nice to have you as a friend. Fighting with my tablet and phone to be able to do anything much. It sometimes takes awhile right now to respond.

Hang in there. I also struggle on days when I'm not motivated to do anything. Sometimes I will reward myself with the promise of a nap later on or an early bedtime that night. Feel better soon and dress warmly!

Thanks for the suggestions they were perfect. So funny only because how my my morning went. Actually my morning shower is with a salt scrub with essential orange oil. I keep peppermint tea in my desk had some once I arrived at work instead of more coffee. Added some cayenne to my morning veggie and fruit shake. Felt better as my morning went on.
