Month 1: lost 3.9 kg (8.6 lbs)
Average of 0.98 kg per week (2.2 lbs)

Month 2: lost 2.7 kg (6 lbs)
Average of 0.68 kg per week (1.5 lbs)

Total lost: 6.6 kg (14.6 lbs)

Yay!


But I lost more than 1kg/2lbs this week, so maybe I should eat a bit more next week :)

Thanks Buffybear! Was that sarcasm? :D I'm also converting everything so I learn to "think in pounds" (1 pound is actually 0.45 kg to be more accurate) because when other people online use pounds (nearly everyone) I have to use a calculator to convert every number haha. In the beginning it's a bit like learning a new language :')

No, You are an inspiration Blue Box! You already reached your goal weight! I'm surprised by your reactions to be honest, a friend told me earlier today that I was losing weight very slowly (and that I wasn't losing much weight at all either)

XD You're too kind! I feel like I reached my goal weight, but I can't keep it there. :/ And slow and steady wins the race. If you can keep the weight off for good, it is so worth it to lose it slowly!
