I've lost a little over 12lbs in the past 4 months! Woo Hooooo!!! :-D That's 3lbs/month. If I can keep it steady I'll be at my goal weight around Mother's Day. Now that I know that, let's see if I can do that or better. :)

Diet Calendar Entries for 12 January 2011:
