GOOD MORNING to all of my lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!

Well I did MUCH better for food yesterday. But I WAS famished when I got home form my meeting last night and had peanut butter and crackers. Unfortunately I had no Triscuits in the house so it was Ritz, certainly not the best choice but my calorie and water counts were okay and I counted out one serving. It's feels good to be counting again, how weird is that? I guess it just makes me feel actually in control of things again :)

You guys, I am sooooo close to the next level in my business it is exciting!! I try not to talk about it much because I know there are many on here who do not wish to be sold stuff on this site, and I don't blame them, but I am bouncing a little and when I make the next level I WILL probably announce it :)

So we arrived at a mixed blessing at my day job, yesterday. It's a very small company owned by a partnership of 5 people I consider friends (well 3 good friends and the other two have become friends) and Kim and I who work in the office were REALLY realizing the numbers yesterday (we do work in new construction). So while the managers were out of the room we looked at each other and discussed and decided to offer to take 1 day off a week each (on different days) to help relieve some of the pressure. After doing so and really touching my closest friend of the 5 owners we found out the owners had already taken a pay cut themselves! It felt good to be able to help and the great thing was Kim and I were sorta both planning what to do with the extra day. I am going to focus more on my business and she is going to try and going riding withe a friend!! So less pay might hurt but I have done so well in my business the last few weeks I KNOW I can make up for it, especially with more time to focus on it :) So I find it exciting!

TOM seems to be sniffing around the yard again. I really need to keep track of his schedule better, I always seem surprised. Given that fact, my eating habits last week are a little less frightening ;)

Old Man Scale: So I am up a lb but I know it is a fluctuation this time and not real so I am going to hold off in recording it on my chart. I think Tom and the Old man are conspiring again ;)

Congratulations on your business success! And for making a hard decision for the good of your other job. I'm sure the owners know how lucky they are to have caring people working with them. It's great that you are back to counting. It really does help, I find. I guess we are synched, since TOM is with me today! Peanut butter is good on toasted whole wheat pitas, too, if you have any around!

I believe that when you are counting you really are in control and are not likely to deceive yourself. I really hope that business turns out well for you too, you sound motivated.
