i know what u mean, i get frustrated easy especially if I weigh in too much, I'd rather weigh in once a month as this daily flux is so nerve wracking to me ...that makes me depressed...the up and down roller coaster makes me feel as if not accomplishing anything and I tend to get overwhelmed....so from now on, just doing things my way...I also get confused between good carbs and bad ones..so I am going to research that some this day as well...my guy bought my creamer today and forgot to get the sugar free so that has me a bit outta sorts too >.< ugh its definitely an everyday battle..but since today is The 1st of Feb. I am really going to try and put my nose to the grind stone as wanna feel and look good come spring and spring will be here before we know it...good luck and stay strong...I know it's easier said then done at times...for sure have a good day :)

It's a process - there is no such thing as a failure so long as you concretely learn along the way. Hope you feel better soon!

I know what you mean by good and bad carbs. The best thing that helped me was severely limiting my bread, pasta, and chips, etc carbs. I do allow myself these things but as they say "in moderation" and not back to back. If you concentrate on proteins, veggies and fruits, you will get enough carbs and most are good ones. I do eat Natures own double fiber whole wheat bread because it is whole wheat and has 50 calories per slice. I am on the calorie counting diet. Another thing is to never eat bread when I go out to eat. I don't order sandwiches or eat bread they bring to the table and skip the crackers too. I also use the organic 1/2 an 1/2. Some things just taste better with the real thing. hope this helps
