Time For a Change Mom's Journal, 20 January 2014

ICK ICK ICK, I feel gross. After not eating for a week bc of the stress in my life, I went on a 4 day binge and am feeling it. Plus I did not exercise at all last week. It is amazing how it affects your psyche. I am in a much better place starting today (why do I insist on always starting on a Monday?) and it is back on it today.

Monday is seen as the beginning of the week and therefore a good place to start. Sunday is actually the first day of the week, but since we all work starting on Monday it feels like the beginning of the week. I to am feeling ICK ICK ICK today after this weekend.
