I am a 38 year old mom of four wonderful children. I have been married to my husband for 17 years and he is my biggest supporter. I have battled weight all my life and have struggled to try to stay in a normal weight but never succeeded. Recently I found out that I have a spine disease and was told by the doctor that I had to lose some weight. So here I am on a new journey in my life, but this time I will succeed.
I nam gonna attempt a calorie count diet. Keep my calories under a certain number. I will also work in some exercise. I am a believer that if I cut everything bad out that I will crave it, I just have to limit the bad stuff. All at the same time learning new ways to cook and be healthy. Hopefully down the road it will be second nature.
