It's day 4 of I want to loose 15 lbs before this time next year. I work out 5 days a week which for 3 days I teach a fitness class. Usually people think that the instructor is the one that's suppose to be in shape, I am in shape but I still want to take off some weight. On top of wanted to loose 15 lbs, I signed up to complete a 10 mile run in May and practice doing push ups (I can do them on my knees but not on my toes). At this point, I am HUNGRY and bitchy and want to throw it all out the window, BUT I know after a good night's sleep I will feel much better.
