I ate ALOT yesterday and went way over my rdi:O it was all healthy though apart from the milo:-) so not too worried. Not weigjing in till monday though:-) planning to stay slightly under my rdi today because i wont be doing much excercise apart from walking and shopping.

I always try to keep a balance with moving and eating too. :)
