Down 3.8lbs in ten days, can't complain about that. Of course I ruined the 'wow' factor for you all by weighing-in in between official weigh in days lol. I've got to stop doing that! It's a good solid loss, and when I tally up all of my deficits for the last week and divide it by 3500 it actually comes out almost perfectly (3.08). It's a rare occasion when the numbers add up the way they're supposed to lol. I'm going to try not to weigh in again for another week, and maybe if I work real hard we will have another good week.

Today BOTH of the kids are going to school, and I don't have to work. OMG, this never happens!! "Yolanda, what are you going to do with your free time?" Well, let me tell you... I'm going to do what any mom would do... To the grocery store!! lol What a treat it is, shopping alone. Then afterwards I'm going to head to the gym, get my run in as well as my strength training, then it will be time to pick them up, boo! BUT, I get to go home rather than to work. Hell, I'll take it! Sounds like a good day to me. I have a bit of a headache, but I'm not going to let that slow me down.

Well, since I'm at home rather than work right now I guess I'll enjoy the luxury of a morning shower and maybe ever dry/style my hair. Insanity I say!

You GO girl! Your loss is fabulous, you're working that plan! And it sounds like the beginning of a wonderful day! Enjoy it to the max...but make sure you eat before you hit that grocery store. ;) Shopping for food when hungry derails my weight loss train SO easily! lol

Thank you guys!! Char, I made sure to eat before the store, learned my lesson last time lol. Oh, and I tried on some size sixteen jeans while I was there... they fit! Haven't seen 16s since I was sixteen... literally lol. Great feeling. Didn't buy them because it's a tight money week, but I will probably pick them up next week. Hooray!

Good for you! See you are 3 sizes ahead of me! I should try to catch up...but you are on such a good roll I can't run that fast! You are officially out of the "plus" size department...what a wonderful feeling!

Thank you K, as for being out of plus sizes, well that depends on where you shop lol. I should be able to find clothes that fit almost anywhere though and of course thats a big deal for me. Always hated going to special stores for clothes. Congrats to both of us K :-) We are really making great progress!

Sounds like a well deserved day for you. And WTG on the weight loss - it's all your workouts paying off. Here come the skinny yoga pants! (with good elastic) LOL
