Did Turbo Fire this morning - Low HIIT - 25 minutes, stretch - 10 minutes and low back - 10 minutes. Then looked at calendar. Did 5 more minutes than supposed to with Low HIIT. Guess I just needed it. And the abs this morning were personally "thanking" me for yesterdays' workout. Hello!
Totally thrilled to be having my own homemade Kale chips. Spritzed the leaves with olive oil and popped them in the toaster. And waited for the magic ding! It has dinged 3 times - and each time I checked, the kale was not crispy yet. WT???? Apparently my own "ding" had to go off....forgot to plug the toaster oven in. Ding!
