OH, glad you reminded me...I am SO off with my water intake! When it's hot, I have no problem getting 120 oz into myself daily. When it's cold? I have a hard time getting 48 oz in! I have basically no thirst reflexes...by the time I feel an actual thirst, I'm badly dehydrated!*runs off to grab a bottle of cold water*
