What a fluke of a weigh in! I've never seen a drop like that. Just goes to show how awful I've eaten these last several months, I'm sure that's all water weight lost!

Either way, I've been 100% on it. I've eaten an average of about 1350 calories a day, and I've been pushing my walks with my dog to a brisk walk/steady jog, and I've been doing my kettle bell exercises. I can't wait for warmer weather so I can do more outside, but I'll take what I can get for now. The weight loss of 6.6 pounds in one week is huge and inspiring, but I know I can't expect it every week. It will get harder, and I'm going to stick to it.
