A small drop is still triumphant! Down 1.2 pounds from last week, even though I'm on my period (TMI, sorry). I'm hoping next week will see less bloat and an even better weigh in.

I've been 100% committed to my eating habits since January 1st and I'm reaping the benefits so far. Stomach feels great, not upset and disgusting. I wake up happy and proud of being on track, not sick and disappointed in myself. I forgot how good it all feels.

However, I do need to get re-motivated to work out. Baby steps have never been for me. I've always been all or nothing. I need to jump in whole heartedly or not at all.

Today is my "Friday" at work, and I'm glad to get the next couple days off to rejuvenate. Hubby is grilling up some carne asada tonight, and I'm excited.
