I know I've been away from this site for a little while. I've had a lot going on in my life and also it has been a pain to get on & stay on this site, seems like everytime I log on and post something it bumps me off! Well today was not any different it took 3 times before I could stay on to make a journal entry. Hope it keeps me on when I hit save!
That being said, I will not allow this or my other personal struggles keep me from getting back into the swing of low carb and doing this for ME! I've been off my program since Christmas and that is not good, I feel ok, but don't really feel as energetic or as 'light' as I did when I was following LC to the letter, SO NOW LETS GET BACK TO IT JOYCE! Time to have my daily talks with myself and really, really be truthful and completely open with myself. I am the reason to do this, no one else. I had a friend over the holidays tell me not to loose any more weight, I said but I gained 6 pounds back and I don't feel right, she just smiled and said I look good. But that really made me think and own up to my addiction once again. I CANNOT eat just one, I cannot go off one day and expect the cravings just to go away the next day. I cannot get back into that lazy frame of mind. I AM A CARB ADDICT. I must come here at least every other day if not everyday and at least make a jounal entry of what is going on. That helps me and I must keep doing what is good for me, not others. Thank you all for being here and thank you FatSecret site for being here!
