I found my Fat Smash Diet book today. I am so excited to start this diet again. I really want to shed 8 lbs, and tone up.

food:
1 slice of pepperoni pizza
2 slices of sausage, pineapply and mushroom pizza
20 oz. soda

2.5 cups of vegetable beef soup with rice
