Ok, so today is the first day of the rest of my life. Today I closed my book on 2013 and I have now started a new one. I don't make New Year's resolutions but this year is my year to get healthy. I don't want to say I'm going to diet but I'm going to make some changes in my life. I want to lose weight and get fit. There are things that I want to do in the early part of this year and weight loss has to happen before I can accomplish my goals. Today is the first day of the improved me!
