Today I am going to get back on track to weight loss. I have done so poorly in the last few wks. I have given in to every temptation, I have chosen fattening foods over healthier choices, I have not had 1 chocolate but a dozen chocolates, I have not have a small bowl of soup at the grocery store but instead a medium cup of chili concqueso which is basically chile with tons of cheddar cheese in it. Oh yeah, at every oppurtunity to make a good choice I have made a bad one. But not any more. I am officially back on track. I am back to the gym and back to a healthy, low calorie eating plan. Thanks everyone for listening to my rambling, I have been very bad, but not anymore. Here's to a healthy 2009!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1150 kcal Fat: 44.04g | Prot: 68.79g | Carb: 101.92g.   Breakfast: 2 eggs , light english muffin. Lunch: sliced turkey deli meat, low fat swiss cheese, brownie, Vanilla or Lemon Yogurt (Nonfat with Low Calorie Sweetener). Dinner: chicken, Market Fresh Green Beans, rice yellow. Snacks/Other: Crispy Butter Cream Caramel, wine, dark chocolate. more...

Welcome back to being on track! Although your unhealthy choices were bad, you are already strong enough to come back on here... be honest and go back to the gym. The first part of getting on track is behind you.

Put the past behind you and move on! I made a lot of bad choices over the holidays, too. It's just further proof that we can't let our guard down, even for a minute, or else those old habits creep back in. We learn the most from our mistakes! It's a new year, a new day and a great time to make a fresh start : )

It's time to jump back on the wagon! I too have to get my self on the treadmill today. You have a great work out and it's great to see you back.
