The scale is going down, so that is exciting! Are you feeling motivated and back on track? I read your previous journal and sometimes we get going on a wrong path like that where we just keep making bad choices almost unconciously. I am glad to hear you sound focused now. Set realistic goals for loss on your calendar for this month and that should help keep you on track. That reminds me I need to do the same thing. That is how I lost all this year and need to get that same focus back too!
