Have a wedding dress to fit into in 6 months. I am really hoping I can get down to a size 12 right now I am a size 16-18 I have grand plans to exercise a lot I need some help in keeping it going. I got a new machine to help out I just have to keep getting on it!

What kind of machine? Can you do it in front of the TV? When I want to sit down and read or watch TV and I know I should exercise, I get on my elliptical and do both at the same time. You really have to keep and eye on your effort level, sometimes you tend to slip if the program is really good, but at least you aren't missing out on something you enjoy you are just gaining something extra.

I forgot. I have an exercise train where my buddies and I can compete to see who exercises the most. It requires posting your exercise everyday to stay accountable and I feel terrible when I have to post none. Why don't you join us. We can keep you motivated and you can motivate me in exchange. What do you say?

Kathy I'm in I have a new trio-trainer bicycle and elliptical all in one and yes right in front of my TV I have been doing 10 minutes a day today I have 15 in and plan another round later. Where do I post just in my journal or someplace special 😃

If you're truly committed, you can do it! I am losing 2 pounds a week by giving up alcohol and sugar and sticking to about 1200-1500 calories per day. That's working for me and that's before exercise, but I'm making zero exceptions for holidays, special occasions, etc. It all depends on how badly you wants it. I'm rooting for you!
