I had already gone through what would be called the induction phase on my own diet before I set Atkins as my official diet so I have been on OWL since the beginning of my Adkins records. I have been losing about 3.5% - 4% of body weight per month even with little to no exercise. On track to meet my 165lb goal on Jan 24, 2011.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
